Return and Refund Policy

We’re confident you’ll adore your Cool Kidz Haircare products as much as we do! But if something doesn’t feel quite right, no problem—your happiness is our priority. Enjoy peace of mind with our easy return policy: send your items back within 14 days of your purchase date on our website. 

Here's how it works:

• Customers must request a Return Authorization  Number(RA) before sending anything back. Once your RA is approved, we’ll send you the return address.
• Please note that you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping your return back to us.

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method (original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable). Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to show up.
