Who We Are
Cool Kidz Haircare is co-owned by Tey and Jay Whitley, the visionary founders of Milk and Cookies Kids Spa. With over a decade of experience in the kids' spa and salon industry, the Whitley's have developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of children from diverse backgrounds. Their passion for nurturing confidence and beauty in every child has inspired the creation of Cool Kidz Hair care, encapsulated in the tagline "Cool Kidz, Cool Hair, Cool Life."
